The only one I found wanted 20 bucks! I thought if I can get the value of my car for free online maybe someone knows where I can get the value of my mobile home for free online too! If you know of a link could you please email it to me. Im desparitly trying to sell my old home and a paper print out of the vaule could help. ~Nika

You are NOT selling a car...Home values vary greatly by location....location..location..Check around your community for competing sale prices..

NADA offers a service that gives a little guidance to value..but a full NADA on site appraisal can cost $250....This site offers a NADA preliminary appraisal for a small fee....

Most likely...just like autos (auto appraisals require extensive condition adjustments from a site inspection..the "book value" is useless without it)..those appraisals that are free are worth about as much as you paid...
