Manufactured garage apartment

A year or so ago, I was traveling to Kentucky and saw a neat colonial style two -car garage apartment for sale on a manfactured home lot either in Tennessee or Kentucky. I didn't stop to look at it and since that time, I haven't been able to find one. I also can't find one on the web. Does anyone know who might be the manfacturer or dealer for this garage apartment? Thanks.
