HELP!! need help with refinancing/mortgage loan on single wide mobile in WA!!

HI I have a single wide mobile that is on land and a huge storage building w fencing. we just bought this place last year. We are have trouble refinancing and taking out a loan, because a couple mortgage companies said single wides are not approved that much by the bank. we need this it's very important if anyone knows how to help or knows of a mortgage co that can please respong or email me thank you!!

Banks and lenders all have different policies....but you are right..single sections do have a hard time..even with land...
