Looking for land/home contract in sw ohio

I am looking for a good land/home contract that is NOT in a park in the butler, hamilton, warren county areas of sw ohio or in the neighboring states. I am currently in a park and my single wide is almost paid off, but i would rather have like an acre and a pre-fab home that was all my own, rather than be in a park where i have a monthly lot rent. Any suggestions on where to look for this in the areas specified? Please email me! ASAP!
