new to business

Hi

My business is debt collection, debt arbitration, personal bankruptcies (helping people save their homes from foreclosure), etc., and I have always had access to traditional foreclosure information. It has only been recently that I've started thinking about getting in the mobile home business. This is funny because my father, who lives in another state, has been in the mobile home moving business for more than 30 years. Duh!! Anyway, I've been checking out this great site & others, and just this past week had cards printed up, put up flyers in local stores and started letting people know that I'm buying & selling used mobile homes. So far, I have two people who want to buy (I don't actually have anything to sell yet tho.). Soooo, I'm very excited and hoping for the best. Any suggestions or ideas would be most welcome.
