My husband and I would like to purchase a mobile home located in a park in San Jose, CA.

The home can be viewed on www.mlslistings.com under mls#: 213876.

It is a double wide - 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a 2 car attached garage.

I am trying to research mobile home financing to see what options are available.

We have excellent credit with a high debt to income ratio and we have enough money to put 5% down .

Any advice or lender information would be greatly appreciated.

at this time i am working with trans union credit bureau in reguards to my credit report. there are a few things on my credit that should have been included in my bankruptcy in 1998 that are still effecting my credit. can you help? ml jones
