selling mobile home

I am going to list my moblie home for sale and wonder if anyone has any ideas of what I can do that will make it more appealing to a potential customer. And where to list it on the internet. Any good ideas or hints? I have never sold a mobile home before. I have an assumable loan, so that should help. Thanks for any hints!
