1968 Valiant Mobile Home

I have a 1968 Valiant mobile home that is badly in need of insulation. We live in Minnesota and get pretty chilly in the winter. Anyone know the easiest way to insulate? I can't find any info on this mobile home at all. I know it's old but we sure love it.

Fropm what I remember of that brand..It needed insulation the day it was built.....
