Better clear myself, Not All PH dealers are the same,,, Sorry I should have stated this instead of Slamming Your Dealer Choice,,,,I know for a proven fact this Dealer in Indiana has been sued , BBB Reports Etc. That is one of reason's we did not go with PH.. They do make a Awsome Home!! No Offence.....

We are wanting to relocate to NC area....around waynesville or Hendersonville, NC.
I was wondering....did you purchase a modular home from Palm Harbor in NC?

We are wanting to get two of them placed on our land. They were saying how the land would have to be subdivided so that each home would be considered separate. We are anticipating my mother living on the property.

What sort of problems can we anticipate in owning a Modular home? My concern is with SERVICE should something go wrong. I know you just purchased your home, but have you spoken to others who have purchased PH homes? What is your feeling on it ....what made you decide to go this route?

Anything you can tell us would be greatly appreciated.

This conversation took place 3 years ago...Siler City, NC plant no longer builds Palm Harbor Homes..They build for another Palm Harbor owned company..Nationwide Homes....All modular product..usually slightly higher than the Palm Hrbor product...Your Palm Harbors will come from...
