tear down & moving costs

I was wondering if someone could tell me what it costs to tear down and move a triple wide? And where do I find the people who will do this service? thanks! ellen

Where is this home???....Cost will depend if you want the home set fully back up and how far it will be moved...This project can well be several thousands of dollars...

It is a triple-wide in Tualatin Oregon. We'll probably sell it as is & let buyer move it, but I wasn't sure how much to deduct from wholesale value, or even where to find the services for tear-down & moving. Any suggestions would be helpful. thanks!

There are several sources in your area (I'm in Beaverton). You could call Santiam Homes - I've bought from them, and there are at least two resellers - Wright Choice comes to mind.
Santiam does their own site prep and setup, but they know the independent contractors in the area that could quote you on this. I would guess that you are looking at $5000+ (maybe up to $10K) depending on where it would be moved to.

Why would you want to sell your home at wholesale....You should be deducting moving costs from the retail price...
