Need EVERYONES Opinion

Does anyone have any info. on the quality of Fleetwood, Cavco, or Silvercrest Manufactured Homes? I am new and I am wondering if I should purchase a Manufactured home for my first home.

Also I can not find who makes the biggest home. Even when I do an online search I can not find out what the biggest manufactured home is. I cam actually just curious about this.

Spend a little time in the bookstore here...There are good books that eill help you get your dream home and solve your problems about information...

Rade through some of the posts on these blogs...Use the search function provided...All three of the manufacturers you asked abvout have scores of owners posts here...

Afew manufacturers build as large as 3150 sq.foot homes....Palm Harbor does in most parts of the country...

In the SE this home can be as low as $ 31.75 per sq foot...

I PURCHASED A REPO DOUBLEWIDE WITH A BRIDGE LOAN. I AM NOW TRYING TO CASH OUT (CONSOLIDATE ALL DEBTS) WITH THE DOUBLEWIDE

How confusing..I have never heard of a bridgeloan (construction loan) without first having committed permanent finance.....Land in lieu deal would only happen with the home on the land...

There is no cash out refinance for home only loans...only with some sort of mortgage....All mortgages require the home placed on the land in the mortgage....
