Bank Discrimination

Can some one tell me the reason most banks won't do a refinance on a manufactured home that is not on a block foundatio?????. My double wide is on concrete runners and pillars. It not like I can disassemble it and drag it away quietly in the night.

It is still a manufactured home. It is titled as chattel loan not real estate. Most banks will not deal with chattel loans. If you need refinancing please contact me I can assist.
