my name is mary and my husband and i are trying to refinance our mh. we're having a hard time finding someone who will take it on . We also want to have alittle extra for upkeep on the house. Can anyone help us????? PLEASE

I did a purchased a home 8 months ago with 1/2 down and balloon later.

Im not sure I understand your statement. Are you saying that when you put the money down you did not agree on the full price? and now owe 120K more then you thought you would?
If your saying that the apprasial was ten thousnad more than your cost then you have done very well.

What I meant was I purchased the home for 25K in November, 2004 under the following terms...10K down and a balloon when the previous owner finds elderly housing.
They have now found housing and has moved but now, I have to come up with 15K which is the balance due to the previous owner under the terms of our agreement
