Pine Grove and Pleasant Valley Homes

Does anyone have any knowledge of either Pine Grove manufactured homes or Pleasant Valley modular homes?

How are they quality wise?

I know them both very well. Pleasant Valley homes is new, but the ownership and managment at these plants (they are side by side, single company), is second to none.
They do one of the best jobs going.

I should be able to tell you more after this weekend. We are going to the factory this Friday to check out the new models. We have seen several models by Pine Grove and they seem to be better construction than the rest. The kitchen and bath designs are outstanding and are a pleasant bonus in manufactured homes.
