My wife and I are arecently retired english couple who are looking to first rent and then buy a used mobile for use as a holiday home six months of the year in Florida
We are looking for a site for over 55,s with a clubhouse and ongoing social activities. Any location would be considered, we just need all the info we can get ,
sites, realtors addresses, legal rights etc. In fact information of any kind will be most welcome. Hope some of you over there can help.Thanks for your time.

Hvae you looked at Windmill Village in Polk County? We bought a MH down the road (Hwy 27) at Palm Key Village and are very happy with the service we have received. Both communities are run by the same company (www.flaparks.com) and Windmill is an over 55's community although Palm Key has several resident retired brits! We bought ours as a holiday home primarily for the children and the great area. We are also UK residents. If you would like any more info, let me know
