Good morning Jessica,

I have a 15 x 30 1997 Manufactured home in a park in Castaic, California. I'm interested in refinancing. My current rate is 10.25%. I also, was looking into a home equity loan to pay off my credit cards. I'm having a diffult time in doing so.

It seems all lenders do not want to take the risk. When I mention what I have...their response is...we don't do manufactured homes. okay, so now... what does one do?
