Non-owner occupied MH financing

Anyone in manufactured land that leases/rents manufactured homes on land recommend a good lender for non-owner occupied homes? I am actually a mortgage broker, but the list of lenders willing to finance is dwindling rapidly.

Lenders do not offer residential loans for investments. Talk to your bank about what it will take to get a commercial loan

One of my buyers had good luck with Origen. They are a bit fussy but seem to come through OK.
