My wife and I have bought a manufactured home in Boca Raton Florida. It is on it's own land. We are having trouble getting insured without getting ripped off (last quote 1600+200 for flood).

Foremost said they aren't writing policies. Is anyone else in this area got a lead for a better price or is this the way it is?
