INSURANCE????????

I am in the process of either building a stick built house or buying a new double wide, probably a norris or a crystal valley but I am worried about the insurance. I live in eastern Ky and mobile home insurance is extremely high. What worries me the most is that I can get a replacement policy on a stick built house but if I cant get a replacement policy on a double wide and it burns 15 years down the road then then they will only pay me book value which will in no way replace it. I am leaning on a stick built for this reason. Is this a valid concern?????????

Every state has different laws....and every company has different policies...In most states replacement cost is available from some companies...Shop around...Go to the insurance section of this site and ask for a quote....

Farm Bureau is usually very competitive and offers full replacement on the home..
