I had the unfortunate experience of living next to a loser like you in a past life. I hope you learned your lesson and that you'll keep your place picked up and not looking like an eyesore.

As I read through all these posts, my anger level just kept rising. People like you are what brings down most parks. It adds to the term "trailer trash". When I bought my house in this park 8 years ago, it was a premiere park. After going through several changes in management, we are faced with a park that has barely 50% percent occupancy, units that are resold over and over again, trash all over, and it just keeps on going. Most of the people have been like you-blaming everybody else for their problems. The bottom line is PRIDE. I have seen this situation in our park before where the management has gone to court, gave the offending people a second chance, and then were back in court again less than 6 months later. Makes me ill to see that I will never be able to sell my unit because of people like this......................thanks for opening the flood gates good neighbor...

Everyone deserves a second chance. I know that my lawnmower and weedeater died at the same time and I have not had the cash to replace them. Hence my yard is not the best it could be. So there is a neighbor child who will mow for $10 a time. Guess I'll employ him. Don't be so hard on your neighbors until you know the other side. Yes some are the way you describe. But not all.
