Dolphin Mobile Home

We own a mobile home manufactured in the 1980s by Dolphin. I cannot locate any information about the company and am in need of a replacement window that is not available in any of the on-line parts stores. Has his company been bought out? Does anyone know how to contact them?

What makes this window so unique ? Is there a flange for screw holes that sits on the outside of the siding ?

It is 8" by 30" and opens out and is broken in several ways. In my searchfor a new one, I can only find one that does not open at all. This is located in a restroom and I need the ventilation.
