repossessing question

I only have 20 days to be out of this park. I go to court tomorrow for the eviction.
I have no choice but to leave the home here & have it repo'd. How does this work? Do I just call my mortgage company and tell him i can't keep the house anymore? Will there be any paperwork to sign? This mortgage comapny is in Illinios, and I am in indiana. Do I just tell him the house is theirs now and leave? I don't know
