financing/loan officer looking for a lender

Hi Can someone please help me? I am a loan officer and I am looking for mobile home financing for my customer. His credit sore is great, 680 middle..no lates or problems. fisrt time buyer willing to put down 20 % so the laon amount is $104,000.....he can only go stated..so far I have called about 10 different companies , lenders such as Freemont, Aegis, and all of them require full documentation..I need someone that will do 80% , owner occupied, purchase with 680 credit score....please email me if you know of a lenders tht does that...this is a maufactured home..double wide

You might try Wells Fargo. They worked well for us.

Vanderbuilt Mtg. is another one that does financing in parks or not.

Depends on what area you are in. We've had good luck with Irwin Mortgage and Mission Hills. We're in N. California but with those scores and 20% down, how about your local banks??
