100% financing for manufactured

Post by Mark Taylor » Wed Jul 20, 2005 6:05 am

I am a mortgage broker in Colorado, and have a number of clients that are set and determined to get a mobile home/manufactured homes. Dose anybody know of a wholesale lender that will give 100% LTV? In Colorado?

Most of the 100% finance that is done is on FHA with a downpayment assistance program and the seller paying 6% in closing cost..You should find many companies with FHA for manufactured homes..

Subprime lending

I have a mortgage brokerage that specializes in financing land home packages. I have 2 questions:
Do you know of any subprime lenders that are in the mfg housing market to stay?
They all seem to be running for the hills....

Do you know of any chattel lenders that will work with the broker network? I keep getting requests for in-park financing.

Thanks for your help!
