Seeking 100 pre-owned MH

Does anyone know where I can buy pre-owned homes in bulk? Would you recommend a good MH broker? I have heard of government sales whereby one can pick up brand new units for sub $6000/home.

My minimum criteria is 2000 model, 14x70, 3/2, max price of $8000. We can pay cash and can close quickly.

Seeking the homes for a MHP located in Albany, Georgia (southern GA)...so I guess I would want to find the homes in AL, GA, or FL.

I alos understand that if one has a good source, they are hesitant to give it up. I would certainly appreciate your assistance and will recipricate by sharing any information I come across.
