I have seen several replys that you ahve made and I am impressed. It is hard to find someone truly knowledgeable in the Manufactured home industry. I get a lot of maybes and confusion, so I am hoping you can guide me in the right direction. I am in Pennsylvania and work as a broker. Since 2 new businesse opened in our area for manfactured homes, there has been a large demand for financing and since it is a new arena for me, I am finding it difficult to find lenders. I have clients with excellent credit - some own their own land free and clear. But I cannot find a lender to lend for the improvements and setting of the homes. Can you help? I know in Ga ( where I am originally from) we had manufactured home lenders who were reimbursed at closing. So we just did a normal purchase, but these dealers are not willing to go that route. I do understand the risk. I truly want to be able to do business in this area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
