Hi Chrissy.

I wrote the recent post "Hard to Evict?" where you asked what state I was in. I'm in Sonoma Co., CA. I'm wondering how hard it is to evict a family that owns a manufactured home in a mobile home park, but doesn't own the land. Homes here take about 1 year to sell, and I doubt theirs would sell at all in the condition it is currently in.
