How would I go about securing a position as either a manger or assistant manager or possilble a training position in mobile home park managment. I have no direct mobile home experience, but plenty of managment experience. Any one who could give some tips ideas or resources I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you

Re: Looking for position
Depending on what state you live in, the state association may have a resume service that they provide. Or, you can look in the trade journals. Or, you can visit a community where you would like to work and apply for a position, or talk to them. Ask how to get in touch with someone at the company level if you are willing to relocate.

Chrissy,
Couple of questions on this topic. I'm the owner of a manufactured home and have a land contract registered thru my attorney with my tennant. I've had major problems with this tennant who's interested in purchasing my home. My home is in a mobile home park in michigan and I live across the state in michigan. The park has given me notice to evict this tennant or otherwise they will evict my home. Any ideas how to handle this with kid-gloves with the tennant?
My objective here is to sell the home and thats it. I've had other thoughts about moving the home closer to where I'm, buying land and trying to break even or appreciate the value of the home in a sale. What is your thoughts?
