I have ser# but need to know manufacturer

I am currently in the process of making an offer on a foreclosure dbl wide home. The realty can only tell me that it is 6 years old. I've found the ser# , but would like to know the manufacturer. Can I find this information out myself? Also, they want me to sign a real estate disclosure regarding possible molding due to water damage. I see evidence of water damage. Is there a way to be sure there was not an insurance claim on this for water or mold damage? I'm in the state of Texas. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Diana )

If you know the previous owners name or if your state requires a tax sticker to be placed on the home you should be able to call the local tax office mobile home division and they will have information concerning the home. The other stuff you were asking about I don't know anything about. Hope this helps.
