This probally is not the right board but here goes. We are looking for a management team for the central Indiana area. Property is approx. 130 sties. Has only 3 rental homes. The rest are owner occupied. We do sell homes on contract.
We are looking for someone to work the office, and do some maintenance, like water line repair, mowing etc..
The compensatiton is free housing, utilites, $600.00 per month and commision on homes sold. Health insurance is not available. If interested please contact me.
