I AM CONSIDERING PURCHASING SOFTTWARE TO HELP IN MANAGING SEVERAL MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITIES. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY STRONG ADVICE FOR OR AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC RENTAL MANGAGEMENT SOFTWARE PACKAGES. I AM CONSIDERING PURCHASING "RENTAL MANAGER". ANY GUIDANCE ON THIS OR ANOTHER PACKAGE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

Rentmanager is excellent. I have been using it for over 6 years. No complaints, its easy to use, gives you good reports. The company, london computer systems is a great company they give you excellent support and service. I think its the best program out there.

ManageAmerica is a relatively new software program that includes the capability of handling utility billings, total Internet-based transactions, allows for Electronic Fund Transfers, and a whole host of other needed options.
