If someone is interested in a career what would be the first steps ? Are there classes and seminars for industry certification? Thank you.

There are certification classes, but they are only open to people who are in the industry, and are only held sporadically. One of the best ways is on the job training. Apply at communities if you want to be a community manager as an assistant in management to learn all you can. Or, if you want to be in sales, apply at a retail sales center, or at a community where sales are ongoing.
