I volunteered to help Gub Mix develope some sort of check list or data sheet that would help Manufactured Home Communities improve their image here in Idaho. We have about 300+ commjnities here in Idaho. They range from the AAA to the good old "Trailer Park". In order to improve our overall image, I feel we really need to start working from the bottom of the curb appeal status, and work our way up.
Do you have any suggestions for some sort of check list or data sheet that I can start with? I have ordered some of your materials, and have printed some of your articles. But maybe you have answered this type of questions before.
I want to have something put together to show Gub Mix by the middle of February.

I do have some things, and can fax them to you. Unfortunately, they are at home and I am on the road. I will try to get that done on Friday while I am in my office. One of the quickest ways to start is by using a due diligence checklist for part of your improvements! Another is signage, landscaping, cleaning up general clutter, improving the appearance of streets and driveways, looking at fencing, making sure all street lights are working, improving the appearance of the office (inside and out) and clubhouse and don't forget the maintenance area - that's so important.
