Hello Chrissy, I was wondering if you or anyone here knows what it takes to be considered a 5-star park in the eyes of financing companies. I am planning to build a nice community center/storm shelter with arcade, indoor pool, meeting area, but I would have to raise lot rent from 150 to about 225. I was just wondering if a center like that would help in anyway getting the 5-star designation so I could say that the cheaper financing would balance out the lot rent increase. Please let me know your thoughts.
