Hi Chrissy,
I wanted to know what is the best way to pursue a community manager career? I have experience mananging apartment complexes and would like to make a career move into managing a manufactured housing community... ASAP. Are there companies that offer on the job training?
Thank you,
Jodie Schmeltz

Woohoo! Welcome to the wonderful world of manufactured housing! Please email your resume to me or fax it to me at 813-881-0263. Hometown America does offer on-the-job training, and we may well have an opening. Love to talk to you.

Yes, we do. It is called Top O' Topanga and is located on Topanga Canyon Boulevard. If you go to the home page of Hometown America and click on the state, you can read about the community, and also obtain interactive driving directions. Go to www.hometownamerica.com

My husband, Bob, and I have been into property management for over 10 years. We have been here in Vancouver, Wa at a self storage facility for over 5 years. We, or just for myself, are looking into getting a park to manage. We are able to move any were but would prefur the western states if possible. If any of this sounds like it would fit into some thing you may have, please email me so we can make things happen. Even faxing our ( or my ) resume to the number in this message. Is this still a good fax number?: 813-881-0263

Sincerely,

Jo Lynn
