Great web-site! I was looking at your newsletter page, and behind your name you list a couple of acronyms: ACM and PHC. What do they stand for?

ACM stands for Accredited Community Manager and PHC stands for Professional Housing Consultant. Both are from courses offered through the Manufactured Housing Educational Institute which I teach.
