Handbook Availability

You made reference to a handbook " Taking over A Community" in a reply dated 3/22/01. My wife and I are considering "up-sizing" from a community of 38 residents to one of 165 residents. This sound like a good publication to have. However...I cannot locate in in your current list of publications. Is it still available?

Unfortunately, it is now out of print. We are revising it for another printing, but it will not be available until next year. In the meantime, if I can be of help, please do not hesitate to call me. Remember when taking over a community, sensitivity to the feelings of residents is important, as well as verifying the information in the office for the residents as well as for the community operations.
