moble home or manufactured or modular home

I am looking at buying a home for the first time and I don't have a clue. I will have 3 kids when the divorce is final so I need at least a 3 bedroom 2 bath place but I don't know whether to get a single wide moble home, a modular or a sectional or a manufactured home. I don't know about the different qualities they each have. I am quite concerned about fire safety, keeping them safe and warm. Any advice would be helpful. I am currently in the Gallipolis,OH area and plan to stay within a 100 mile radius. Thank you

It might be worthwhile for you to visit the bookstore on this site..there are a few good books with over 100 pages of answers to your question...The cost of the book is a very small investment in doing things right for your family..

In terms of quality and safety, either home will be safe and be of good quality.
You may have additional maintenance of a manufactured home. But the bottom line, make sure that any contract you sign is well written and will complete the job for you.
Make sure that the retailer takes responsibilty for the foundaton and anchorng of the home.
You have a couple of good manufacturers in Ohio, and one bad player, do your homework!
