Is this a good price?

I'm looking into buying a manufactured home. The one I picked out is 32x76, four bedrooms (master bedroom is a master suite with adjoining retreat), three full baths, large kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and a laundry room. Construction is 16'' on center (walls, floor and roof), 2x6 exterior walls, 2x4 interior walls and 2x8 floors. It has a 5/12 roof pitch, cathedral ceilings and dry wall throughout. The kitchen is all oak cabinets, large center island with stainless steel appliances. The total cost for just the house is $88,594.

I plan on putting it on land I have already purchased and want to build a basement so the total cost will be more but is this a good deal for just the house?

A good deal is all in the eye of the beholder...The basics sound pretty good..the price seems in line for all these features..

Just be sure you have checked out the dealer and manufacturer for problems in your area...and GO FOR IT..

Thank you murray. That's what I was wondering. I wasn't sure if this price was in the reasonable area or not. You hate to spend this kind of money just to find out you overpaid or it isn't worth the investment. Thanks again.
