Hi. You didnt say what size and model. We are looking ar the silvercrest classic from oregon. They sell in N.CA. It is really nice and has many of the upgrades as standard that are listed in the books on this forum. Size is 28x52 with all our wants is moving toward the 80's. You can see several models at www.championoregon.com Hope this has helped. Bette>

Deanna, I live in Orange County California, and have taken to tour of the Silvercrest factory. I would say for the money this is one of the premier homes on the market today. My wife and I were looking for this type of home and was able to take the tour of the factory in Corona Calif. I can only say that I would buy this type of home over most other manufactures. We instead purchased a Hallmark home which I would say is equal to or better than. We really enjoy our home and would just like to say check into both of these type of manufactures. Happy hunting. Blessings Dane

Hi. Just read reply about Hallmark Homes. This is a great home and certainly compares to Silvercrest. Unfortunately it is built only in So. Calif. The transportion to No.Calif. would be prohibitive. We talked to the salesperson in Stanton,Ca.(So.Ca), not worth the cost. As I mentioned before, check into silvercrest of oregon(Silverton,Oregon) available in No.Ca. Hope this helps.

Hello,

We are looking to purchase a manufactured home, to replace an existing house.
We are interested in a Silvercrest 20' 0"x to about 52' 0" - 1000
sq.ft. - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We live in the Sacramento valley, about 62 miles
north (Live Oak, Calif. - in Sutter County). Our question is how much will it
cost to purchase a home with everything in it, and the cost with just the walls
and electrical wiring in place and phone jacks and with the hookups for the
plumbing. We would ourselves add all the rest; in that way, we could save
a lot of money that we do not have to spend.

We also would like to know how much it would cost to move the home to our
area and to also set it up.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

Sincerely

Mary AT [email protected]
