Pinegrove homes are built in pennsylvania. They do not have any dealers in Michigan or western Ohio. I looked into handling them, but the freight to bring them so far makes them cost as much as site built. If you are not interested in another Hart, both Rochester and Shamrock build very high quality custom manufactured and modular homes. But they are very expensive. Easily 20% more than Hart.
Commodore offers most of the same floorplans as Pinegrove and would cost quite a bit less than Rochester or Shamrock.

Can someone tell me where these homes are built and a list of dealers that sell them? Are there any dealers in the Michigan area? Perhaps in the northwest Ohio area would work for us as well. We are in a new Hart home atm present but its to big for us since in the last 8 months all our boys have enlisted in the Navy and now we have 2400 sq. ft. of home 4 brs 3 ba and only my wife and I with a dog and cat. Time to close up shop and get something smaller and it sounds like the Pine Grove woulf well worth looking at. Thanks DON

Re: Pine Grove Homes
I purchased a Pine Grove Home and I love it. My retailer, set it just as it is required in the installation manual and I have no problems. The quality of the workmanship is good also.
Re: Pine Grove Homes
Does anyone know about how much the Pine Grove homes run? My husband and I are looking at a 1640 sq.ft. 3 bedroom, but it's sooo nice we're almost afraid to find out how much money it is. Thanks in advance!
