Hurricane Damage Need advise

I suffered some damage due to Ivan, before my insurance adjuster gets here, I need advise please.

Visible damage: 1 stack of pier blocks blown out, 90% skirting destroyed, all tie down straps extremely loose, siding busted, loose, ripped, etc....shingles lifted, ridge cap at roof buckled, water in windows & under doors, dip in floor, doors will no longer close properly, chimney leaning,
Contractor said he believed house was lifted and shifted, shims and blocks underneath house has visibly been moved.

My advice would be to get a quality contractor or house inspector to check out the home and recommend all repairs...Best would be to get estomates from a few qulaity repair folks...I know this will be hard for a while..
