I'm just interested in hearing any success stories from people who have posted their MH on this site.

I have had my MH posted here for just over 3 months without one "bite", and am getting pretty discouraged. I understand that my MH is no more special than anyone else's, but I just need to hear that this site is actually being viewed by interested MH buyers.

I assume you have advertised locally. Just my opinion but in order to get any hits on this site you would have to have someone know about this site, live in your area and want a pre-owned MH. To get all of these things to come together will take time and you would be far better off to advertise locally.
