I have a 1996 clayton rio vista 28x48 double wide home. I am having promblems with the area around the bottom of my tiolet. It is leaking. Also, I was wondering if anyone else had the same promblem that I had with the water line. The water line that goes toward the back of my house was busted at the point where it connects the main water line. The man who installed my septic tank said it probably happened when they shipped the home. {Probably scraped it on the cement, he said.
Thanks
Steve

Steve:
With regard to the toilet leak there are two areas you should check: (1) Fittings on the supply line to the toilet tank that may be leaking; and (2) the wax seal under the toilet may not have seated properly during installation. Either way, get the problem fixed quickly. Prolonged and direct exposure to excessive moisture will weaken the deck, and this condition will occur quickly if your floor decking is not tongue and groove plywood.
Good luck.
