Another financing question.

Well, I have finally decided on the perfect home, its a solitare. The price is going to be 82,000-85,000. I have a credit score of 675, I dont have any bad marks just not a whole lot of credit history.I plan on just financing the home and putting it on the parents land. I am also going to put down between 10,000-12000. Does anyone think I will have a problem getting financial help with this loan? THanks.

Hi Matt,

Have you tried The Manufactured Housing Global Network's convenient comparison shopping tool for a MH loan in a secure, pressure-free environment? There is no cost, it is convenient and available at Loan Finder Service.

You should take advantage of the loan finder service on this site..you will be dealing with lenders familiar with manufactured homes and happy to have your business...

Your credit score is plenty high enough to qualify you for a great manufactured home loan...Remember lenders only use the score to decide you you are honorable to your lenders and pay back as promised...They also will be looking at your income source to be sure you earn enough to continue your good pay record with all your lenders and afford the home as well...

Go for it soon before prices rise anymore....
