ease of selling MH from leased land vs owned
I too would be interested in an opinion to the Question - - is it more difficult to sell a MH in a park on leased land vs a park with resident owned land and MH? Or as a percent of total mobiles in a park do you feel more mobiles are for sale in leased land parks or owner resident parks? thanks for your input.

Sales of homes in community settings..leased or otherwise are mostly dependent on location and the parks amenities..how well maintained the park is and the homes condition will weigh in on the ease of sale more than the parks ownership status...
Unfortunately some resident owned parks do not raise community fees enough to adequately maintain and improve the park..The nicest amenities are mostly in the prime located big lease only parks...As any home..location is everything..
If I were to guess there are far more homes in land lease communities than in resident owned communities..Which of course means there will be many more for sale in land lease locations...
