Leased Lot manufactured home communities

My husband and I recently retired and are looking at 55+ communities where you own the house and lease the lot in central Florida. We prefer a home with an RV port but without spending a fortune for it. I am hoping some of you can give me some input on these communities. Frankly, we can't afford to spend $100,000 plus for a home and still have enough money to do the traveling we want. Thanks, Linda
