Purchasing A MH

I would like info on how to buy a MH.I have a vacant lot with a mix-residential/commercial zone.how do i go about it?will the manufacturer help me in processing with the required city permit & etc.?Thanks.

Manufactured homes are sold through dealer networks. you most likely won't talk to the manufacturer except for service requests.
A good dealer will pull all the needed permits. If he doesn't he is putting you in a bad spot.
What is you want to move in and the code officer won;t issue the certificate of occupancy because the dealer or installer screwed up? you are the one that gets held up and would bear the extra cost of complying.
The best advise I can give, seek your own financing and don't pay the home off until everything is right!
