Re: Dealers
John, will your new book cover just current production MH, or will it go back a few years and cover some of the "older" homes? The reason I ask is I am considering buying a home that is not more than 5 or 6 years old already set up on property.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Re: Dealers
Kevin,
No, the guide won't cover older homes, only the manufacturers' current product lines. This said, the book will contain a three-page detailed table showing all of the principal construction specs of an MH (56 in all) arranged from low end to high end.
The table will easily allow you to evaluate any older MH and arrive at an accurate determination of where the home fits on the scale of 1 to 10, and I suspect as effectively (if not moreso) than a professional appraiser can. In fact, the book is designed to be very useful to professionals within the MH industry as well as home buyers.
Best,
John

Re: Dealers
Do you mind telling us where your city is...there well might be many who would like to bid......
Re: Dealers
the best thing you can do is not tell the sales person you have atrade until you get a price .avoid answering his question if he asks if you have a trade.

Re: Dealers
And buyers accuse sales persons of lying all the time..Do you think telling lies will help you get truthful information?????
