Questions, Used 01 Champion

Hello, we found an preowned 2001 Champion home, 4 bed, 3 bath, approx. 2800 sq ft with office space, and an incredible kitchen, they are asking around 65K, without land. First off, we'd like to know if this is a good price for this type of setup, the price seems good to us, but our only comparison so far is regular type of homes, which similar space wise runs 170K and up. Any ideas what this home would cost new? We didn't find out which model of champion this is, but i found a very similar floor plan at the following website:

Also, are there problem areas we should take a close look at before we sign on the deal? The dealer said the home is a repo, sits on their lot, on walk through there are a few spots that will obviously need to be refinished or repaired.

Before you sign anything for a used or new MH I highly recommend you purchase and thoroughly read some of the books available on this site. believe me, they are well worth the investment.

The price on that home seems a little high to me. I think you are in Oklahoma City. I would check out some of the dealers there and in Tulsa and get a "ball park" figure for a comparable home.
